Hi…my name is Bev. I have lived in beautiful Washington State pretty much my whole life; primarily in Pierce County, and now in Ocean Shores. After becoming empty nesters my husband and I decided to “go to the beach" and slow life down a bit. I’ve always appreciated the beauty of nature, and the beach life certainly delivers. From the ever-changing landscape of the beach, the beautiful waves, the sand in your toes, to the abundance of wildlife that includes deer, coyotes, the local black bear family, and an occasional cougar. I guess that’s to be expected when you live next to the Olympic National Forest.
For years my husband and I bought homes and fixed them up while we were living in them. We loved taking something outdated and giving it new life by turning it into something beautiful again. I guess you could say we were flipping houses before it was a thing. We have been self-employed in the construction trade for over 20 years. I feel that my experience on that side of real estate brings a unique perspective and added value to those I serve. It has given me a good eye for recognizing properties that have potential, and those to avoid. I am able to see beyond the surface and notice things that other people tend to miss. It is my desire to share that experience and to help my clients find just the right home they are looking for, and to offer valuable advice when getting a house ready for market. I am passionate about honesty and integrity, and find great joy in helping others achieve their goals. Service with a genuine heart and smile.
I feel fortunate to have a well rounded life and a great family. My husband and I have 5 children, and currently 7 grandkids. I love spoiling them all. And when it’s time for me, I have several passions that I enjoy….gardening, quilting, cooking, DIY projects, traveling, or settling down with a good book. I truly look forward to meeting each and every one of you and assisting you in your real estate journey.
