As a lifelong Washington resident, military spouse and mother of two, I know all too well that there really is no place like home. My family was lucky enough to have had my very best friend, Angela Simons, as our real estate broker when we sold our previous home and purchased our current home in Maple Valley. To have gone through the process with someone our family was able to trust completely inspired me and got me thinking. Do you need your bestie to ensure you get the most for you and your family? Can just any real estate broker provide the level of trust and comfort that a close friend can? That is what inspires me. Continuing that same level of trust and confidence for every client on both a professional and personal level. Selling or purchasing a home is one of the biggest decisions someone can make in their lifetime. That’s why navigating the process with a team that is working as hard as your best friend would, makes the process much easier to handle. For me it’s not just business, it’s personal.
For almost 20 years I have been in the construction and design industry. In 2002 I earned my degree in Interior Design and began my career with a custom home builder right out of college. My time there then lead me to a position as a Design Technician for a Civil Engineer. From a private backyard to a rooftop high rise, I have helped residential and commercial clients through the design and permitting process for pools and spas. Through the years I came to enjoy working directly with homeowners the most. It has fueled my desire to step into a new role as your advocate and partner in the home buying and selling process!
What drives me outside of my career is my family. I have been married to my wonderful husband, who is a recruiter with the Washington State Army National Guard, since 2003, and we have lived in the Maple Valley area with our two children since 2017. Outside of work I enjoy attending the local farmers markets, cooking, hiking, traveling, game and movie nights with friends.
