Hi, I’m Lori Patch, Owner and Designated Broker of The Thomas Group Northwest Real Estate. While I now call Olympia home, my heart—and much of my business—remains in beautiful Ocean Shores.
Ocean Shores has been a special part of my life for many years. Its breathtaking beaches, relaxed pace, and welcoming community continue to draw me back, and I love helping others discover everything this incredible area has to offer. Living in Olympia allows me to serve clients throughout Western Washington while specializing in helping buyers and sellers make a smooth transition between the South Sound and the Washington coast.
Real estate has been part of my life for decades. I became a licensed broker in 2004, but my journey really began in 1983 when I entered the real estate and construction industry. Those years, combined with raising four amazing children and now enjoying life with ten wonderful grandchildren, taught me the importance of listening, problem-solving, staying organized, and always putting people first.
To me, real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes—it's about helping people through important life transitions.
